Return & Refund Policy

How Returns Work

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • You can return your order in person at our store or ship it back to us once approved.


Getting Your Refund

  • After we receive your return, we’ll check the item’s condition.
  • You’ll receive an update by email or phone letting you know if the refund was approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days (depending on your bank or card provider) for the funds to appear.


Shipping & Return Instructions

  1. Call before sending anything back
    Contact us at (256)-642-4301 to get an RMA (Return Authorization) and the return address.
  2. Costs & Fees
    • Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
    • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Only the cost of the returned product(s) will be refunded.
  3. Freight Shipments
    • Once a pallet leaves our facility, any cancellations, refusals, or returns (unless due to damage) are at the customer’s expense.
  4. Damaged Orders
    • If your item arrives damaged, call us right away at (256)-642-4301  so we can resolve the issue quickly.
