STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales and transactions between Wade Store Fixture Plus (“Seller,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”). By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

All sales are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any terms or conditions proposed by the Buyer that conflict with or add to these Terms will be considered void unless expressly approved in writing by Wade Store Fixture Plus.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase—no order will be processed, shipped, or fulfilled until full payment has been received.

Wade Store Fixture Plus reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully completed or verified.

We accept major payment methods as indicated on our website, including credit/debit cards and other secure online options. All payments must clear before any goods are released or shipped.

3. Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, duties, and fees imposed by federal, state, or local authorities are the responsibility of the Buyer. Wade Store Fixture Plus is not responsible for any additional import duties, tariffs, or withholding taxes imposed by the Buyer’s jurisdiction.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ship promptly, Wade Store Fixture Plus is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns and Claims

All claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

All returns must be pre-approved and sent back in original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Warranties

Wade Store Fixture Plus products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages from misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) of the affected item.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wade Store Fixture Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or any delays in delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item involved.

8. Governing Law

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and specifically the state in which Wade Store Fixture Plus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

Wade Store Fixture Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
